Hello! We are Ryan and Sophie. We are movement nerds, and we started this website to provide a resource to help you move better. We found that we were constantly scouring the interwebs for movement resources to share with our patients and we got tired of it – so we made our own stuff! An excuse to hang out with friends turned into a project we’re very passionate about.
We would love if you would take the time to complete this form. Once you complete the form, we will send you your injury index — high, medium, or low risk for injury. Injuries include things like tendinopathies, ankle sprains, back pain, etc. Please keep in mind that predicting injuries is a science and an art. We will continuously be developing this index based on the best available evidence and on what makes sense to us given our experience in the rehabilitation field. In addition to your injury risk, we will provide some recommendations for reducing your risk of injury. As we evolve our model, we may ask for more information to better score your risk. We hope that is okay.
